Full Page Screenshot processes captures in your browser. This policy also explains the separate StudioH website, accounts and previous payment records.

Full Page Screenshot

This section covers the StudioH — Full Page Screenshot Chrome extension. No extension login, purchase or account/access check is required.

What the extension processes

  • The active page's title, URL, screenshot pixels and capture geometry when you start a capture.
  • Rendered page text, its positions, headings and suggested content groups when page-text collection is enabled.
  • Text recognised locally from screenshot pixels, and any corrections you make.
  • Your crops, annotations, redactions and export preferences.

Captured content may include personal or sensitive information visible on the page you choose to capture. This data supports capture, editing, Find, text extraction and exports. Crops and redactions are applied to exported content and text results.

Local processing and sharing

The extension does not upload screenshots, page text, OCR results or edits to StudioH, an AI service or a cloud OCR provider. StudioH does not receive or read your captures. PDF generation (jsPDF), ZIP export (fflate), OCR (Tesseract.js) and writing-system models are bundled with the extension and run locally.

Choosing the optional support link opens Ko-fi. Ko-fi and its payment providers process contributions under their own policies; the link contains no captured screenshot or text. Supporting StudioH is optional and buys no feature access. The website is served separately from the extension.

Limited use

StudioH — Full Page Screenshot complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Captured content and page information are used only for the screenshot, editing, text and export features you choose. They are not sold, used for advertising or credit decisions, or transferred for unrelated purposes.

Permissions

activeTab, scripting and tabs support user-initiated capture and the editor. storage remembers preferences. clipboardWrite lets you copy an image or text when you choose. These permissions do not grant access to every protected Chrome page.

Storage and retention

Captures and edits live temporarily in extension memory. Closing or reloading the editor can lose them. The service worker discards its temporary capture handoff after ten minutes or when it stops. Save results before closing the editor.

Chrome local storage holds capture preferences. Filename templates and notification preferences use Chrome sync storage and may sync through your Chrome account. Captures and extracted text are not placed in Chrome sync storage. Uninstalling removes extension storage; downloaded files remain wherever you saved them.

The StudioH website

Visiting the website sends normal web requests to its hosting provider. The website also loads the Geist font from Google Fonts, which receives the requests needed to deliver it. These website requests are separate from local screenshot processing in the extension.

StudioH account and sign-in pages use Supabase authentication. Authentication sessions are stored in your browser and refreshed to keep you signed in. Account pages request your details and access records from the StudioH API. You can sign out from your account to clear the local session. Public product and information pages do not require a sign-in.

If you email StudioH, the message and the information you choose to include are used to respond and handle your request. Please avoid sending capture content containing private information unless it is needed and you choose to share it.

StudioH accounts & previous purchases

StudioH uses Supabase for account authentication and access records. Account information includes your email and authentication information. The website and compatible installed products use session tokens for sign-in and account/access checks. An installed product that supports account sign-in may keep session tokens and cached access status in Chrome local storage; signing out clears its stored session.

Existing account, transaction and billing records remain separate from Full Page Screenshot. Installing the extension does not migrate account data or alter previous purchases or subscriptions.

Payments and purchase history

Stripe handles payment and billing information. Full payment card numbers do not pass through StudioH servers. Previous one-time purchase records include Stripe transaction identifiers, product, amount, currency, payment time, and refund or dispute status. Subscription records include the identifiers and status needed to manage existing billing and access.

These records contain no screenshot content. They let StudioH restore previous purchases and handle billing, refunds and disputes. Deleting an account removes its link to one-time purchase records; billing records may remain for accounting and dispute handling. Contact us for access or deletion requests.

Supabase, Stripe, Google Fonts and Ko-fi process the information they receive under their respective policies. The extension's local PDF, ZIP and OCR libraries do not receive your capture content as external services.

Questions, requests & changes
